The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Ikeja Branch, on Monday, 9 March 2026, hosted a Special Ramadan Talk and Iftar at the Bar Centre, bringing together Muslim members of the Bar for an evening of reflection, fellowship, and spiritual renewal.

The event featured a thought-provoking lecture by Muhammad–Iskeel Lawal, Esq., who spoke on the theme “Cause for Justice: Muslim Lawyers as Servants of Allah.” In his presentation, he emphasized the responsibility of Muslim legal practitioners to uphold justice, integrity, and service to humanity as both a professional duty and a spiritual calling.

The gathering provided an opportunity for Muslim lawyers within the branch to reflect on the values of Ramadan while strengthening professional bonds within the legal community.

Participants commended the initiative, describing it as a timely platform for spiritual engagement and reflection within the Bar during the holy month.
