The Welfare Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association Ikeja Branch will host a mental health and wellness session for members of the Branch as part of efforts aimed at promoting healthier work habits and emotional well-being within the legal profession.
The session, themed “Work, Wellness and You – Managing Mental Health in Everyday Life,” is being organised in recognition of the important role mental well-being plays in the lives and practice of lawyers, particularly as it affects clarity, productivity, relationships and the quality of professional output.
According to the Committee, the programme is designed to go beyond conversations on mental health by equipping participants with practical tools for stress management, maintaining work-life balance and building resilience amid the demands of legal practice and everyday life.
The virtual session is scheduled to hold on Friday, May 8, 2026, by 11:00 a.m. via Zoom
