Confirm Stamp Status
Check the official stamp list to confirm that your stamp is ready and has been delivered to the Branch.

Confirm ID Card Status
If you are waiting for an ID card, check the ID directory to confirm it is available.

Write an Authorization Note
Write an authorization note addressed to the Branch Secretary authorizing the delivery desk to pick up your stamps or ID card.
Important: You must affix your old stamp to the letter. This is to avoid your stamps or ID cards getting into the wrong hands.

Book Dispatch & Upload Payment
Book a dispatch online and make your assessed payment. You will need to upload your evidence of payment and your authorization letter.
